I’m Andrew Uth, the proud founder of S & I Concrete, my company carries the initials of my children,
because they are at the heart of everything. This company isn’t just about construction—it’s about family.
When we show up to work, we’re not just laying concrete; we’re laying the groundwork for their future.
I started this company with a clear purpose: to bring reliable high-quality concrete work to clients who
expect more than just “good enough.” With over 16 years of hands-on experience in the field,
I’ve seen what happens when corners are cut—and I built this company to do things differently and provide
quality work that I take pride in. We began as a small local team, serving neighborhoods right here in
Central Florida. Today, we’re proud to be a trusted name in residential and commercial projects across the
area. From curb work to decorative concrete, to strong foundations and retaining walls—we do it all, and
we do it with pride.
